Chia-Chocolate Breakfast

The obsession with chia seeds is already going on for some time. Super healthy, no flavour so you can used them for sweet and savoury dishes, easy to use, etc. Some months ago I tried a chia pudding for the first time. Then I was not that convinced - I didn't like the consistency a lot neither did I like the fact that it doesn't really taste like anything.

But two days ago I gave chia seeds another shot and this time I tried chia-chocolate pudding. So simply and delicious, and the best part - you can prepare it in advance and just grab it in the morning if you are in a hurry.

Indredients:
3 tbls chia seeds
2 tbls coconut flakes
1 tbl cocoa powder
dash of cinnamon
liquids (I used soy milk and water, you can also use normal milk, yogurt, juice, etc.)

Mix all the ingredients together and fill the jar up with the liquids. Then shake REALLY well and let it sit overnight and enjoy with fruits, nuts, fruit compote, fruit puree, etc. the next morning for breakfast.
