I still remember where I've been on that Tuesday - a day of desperation and disbelief. I was only seven years old, and I couldn't even pronounce "World Trade Center", in fact I didn't even know what was going on, but I could sense that something was clearly wrong. 
In the evening I saw the plane crashes on the news. It was so disturbing - so unreal - but unfortunately this happened...

Hundreds of people packed suitcases that were never opened again. Thousands of people said good-bye one last time to their families.

Some how it brought the world closer together and made us realise how precious life is.
